Good morning everyone!
Mr Chamberlain here. I’d like to start off by saying I’m very impressed with the work you’re doing after looking through your portfolios.

What’s been on my mind over the last few weeks is how much physical activity have you been doing? Your playtimes, PE lessons and after school clubs are so important to keep you fit and healthy so to keep us active every week we are all going to play PE Bingo!

Every Monday, I will give you 5 activities and you will receive dojos for each that you do!
One activity completed = 5 dojos
All 5 activities completed = extra 10 dojos
If you do an activity with another member of your household you receive double dojos for that activity too!

For example, you completed 5 activities this week and did 2 of them with someone else:
1st  activity = 5 dojos
2nd  activity = 5 dojos
3rd  activity with someone else = 10 dojos
4th activity with someone else = 10 dojos
5th activity = 5 dojos
Total = 35 dojos!

Or all 5 activities completed with someone else each time:
1st  activity with someone else = 10 dojos
2nd  activity with someone else = 10 dojos
3rd  activity with someone else = 10 dojos
4th activity with someone else = 10 dojos
5th activity with someone else = 10 dojos
Extra 10 dojos for doing all 5 = 10 dojos
Total = 60 dojos!

You can carry on doing the activities as many times as you want with whoever you want adding more dojo points to your score. If you want to do the same activity because you enjoy it each day that’s fine as long as you try to do at least one a day. You can do them in order too.
Encourage others to take part too to increase your score and the more they join in the more fun it will be! You can perhaps set personal records to beat your score or just do it to keep fit and healthy. The activities are all things you can do at home without PE equipment. You can make your own record sheet or use the one I’ve uploaded here with this week’s activities.

Remember these 2 things:
1. A healthy body is a healthy mind
2. Always try your best

Good luck everyone – I really want to see how you are doing so post a photo or a video of you doing your activities with others from your house. Next week you’ll need a cereal type box so don’t recycle it just yet.
